SN-I系列粉体喂料计量系统
系我公司在引进国外先进技术并综合国内该类设备的作用情况而研制出的新一代粉体喂料计量系统，其主要特点与技术参数如下：
1、 作为煤粉、生料粉等粉体计量喂料装置，结构紧凑 密封性好，可方便地安装在煤粉仓下。能有效的防止粉料涌流、结拱；
2、 环状天平式转子秤作为计量装置，计量准确、运行可靠；
3、 彻底隔绝气流、落料冲击力等外界影响因素的影响；
4、 采用德国申克（SCHENCK）公司控制仪表与SEW公司减速机，调节灵敏、功能齐全、操作方便；
5、 变频调速；响应迅速，满足工艺操作上快速跟踪化的要求，可与DCS系统联机；
6、 主要技术指标：
动态系计误差：优于±1％
控制精度：优于±2％
输人输出信号：DC 4－20mA
额定给料量：1.0m3／h－60m3／h
The Series of SN- I Powder Feeding Metering System
A new generation powder feeding metering system with imported technology, The series of SN-I Powder Feeding Metering System is developed by Chengdu SINIA Scientific Instruments Incorporation.
Main Characteristic and Parameters:
l. Metering system for coal powder and raw material powder; closed structure and good sealing; convenient to be erected under coal powder warehouse; effective to prevent powder spilling and agglomeration.
2. Annular scale for metering, accuracy, re1iable.
3. The scale is no effected on by airflow or impact forces from raw material because of it is blocked off.
4. Control meter from SCHENCK and decelerator from SEW, easy operation, comp1ete function, and high sensitivity.
5. Frequency--variation adjustment, quick response to satisfy the demand and of speedy following up, interface for DCS.
